When using AI tools, we check the accuracy and appropriateness of the information they generate and strive to ensure fairness in the evaluation and selection of candidates.

Personal information is entered into AI tools only within the scope of the intended purpose of use, and necessary measures are taken in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.We use only tools we have approved, with appropriate security and confidentiality terms, and we do not permit providers to use your information to train their AI models. We share candidate information with clients only with the candidate’s consent.
