Titan Consulting is a Recruitment and Executive Search firm specializing in mid-to-executive-level searches in Japan, with a focus on the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. Founded in June 2014, the company operates through three divisions: Titan Healthcare, Titan Business Innovation, and Titan Greentech.

What began as a small start-up has quickly transformed into a recruitment leader, boasting over 180 years of combined experience and a thriving team of 40 professionals—its largest and most accomplished yet. Titan reached 100 placements in 2016, 500 in 2020, and surpassed 1,000 in 2024.
